The anticipated arrest warrant for Senator Panfilo "Ping" Lacson has been issued by Manila Regional Trail Court (RTC) Judge Myra Garcia Fernandez of Branch 18. This is in relation to a case accusing Lacson to have masterminded the Dacer-Corbito double murder.
Lacson has left the country last January and is believed to be either in Hong Kong or Australia.
