A hall of Camp Crame has been converted to a courtroom to accommodate the high profile multiple murder case of Andal Ampatuan Jr., prime suspect of the November 23 massacre of 57 people in Maguindanao. 300 police have been dispatched to secure the camp surroundings and to direct traffic. At 2 p.m. today the stretch of D. Santos Avenue will be closed to traffic to ensure order and security. Trial starts tomorrow January 4, 2010, presided by Judge Jocelyn Solis-Reyes.
