Port operations in Calapan City, Mindoro is starting to normalize days after the Philippine Coast Guard imposed stricter rules against overloading and limiting the number of buses to only 2 per ship. Stranding more than 1,000 passengers and forming 3 kilometer long queue of cars, buses and trucks.
