In a four page resolution, the DOJ (Department of Justice) thru Investigating Fiscal Amerhassan Paudac, has recommended the filing case of slander by deed and grave slander against fashion designer Boyet Fajardo following the verbal abuse caught in a CCTV video of Duty Free Philippines. The complaint was made by shop manager Susan Gonzales and cashier Marvin Fernandez, both employees of Duty Free Philippines.
The Paranaque Prosecutor’s Office declared that all elements of the said criminal offenses were present to warrant the filing of aforementioned cases. The incident has caught attention of the public after the video footages were posted on the Internet.
